I am 25 y/o who is in the Navy. It is a common misconception that all the military food is healthy. In our mess hall they serve everything from fried chicken to pizz. What are some key foods that i can focus on to up my protiens and down my Carbs. I know about the H/B eggs, and tuna, but what other COMMON foods are there with hidden nutritional value? I am greatly limited and can use all the help i can get
