Hey
Was pouring some milk and read the nutrition facts! I use skimed milk i.e. fat free! It said for every 200 ml serving, there are 10g carbs from which 10g are sugars :o !!! IT contains 6.8g protein! Is the amount of carbs bad? I always have a lot of milk as it has alot of protein!

Thanks

Skim milk is very good for you. People will argue sometimes that you can't drink milk and not get lean and that is a bunch of BS. I like to drink a cup of skim milk first thing in the morning with some whey protein, great tasting. As long as your diet is nice and clean, then don't worry.

No, you got something right about it, but only when you go to the extremes example for an important competition when you need to be extremely cut.
Otherwise don't worry about it. Skim milk is okey and gives you all the needed calcium.

Skim milk is great for you. No fat, few calories, low carbs, good protein and most of all, a lot of essential vitamins and minerals. I don't like milk, but use it in my cereal and oatmeal.

Milk is one of the most wonderful inventions ever! 80% casein, 20% whey; I still go through almost a gallon everyday.

Wow, Michael, I though my husband drinks a lot of milk. Between him and my daughter (if I don't get on to him about it) will go through a gallon every other day. At $4 something a gallon, it gets expensive.
