I'm taking my skim milk at my last meal, 3 hours before bed. Ok?
And glutamine! Mine says 1 scoop per day but the scoop is slightly less than a table spoon. I take it before bed. I don't use it twice a day to save on it. Is this ok?
I've finally got my creatine and whey schedules ok. Yay. I gained 3 kg since starting to use them. Is this creatine magic???
