I am trying to maintain the weight im at, i weigh about 150 and am 6'3" and was wondering how many carbs i should have for dinner. Jerald

Lol okey Jerald you'll need excactly 76.5 gr of carbs for dinner Saturday, 27.8 gr Monday and 121.1 gr Friday!!!!!

Seriously, a diet is not based on ONE dinner but a whole day, week or month AND how do you expect us to tell you a thing that we cannot know since we don't know anything about you?!!!
