Ok .. I started working out 4 days a week last week. I unfortunately due to a test could not get to the gym last thursday. Now instead of just missing the workout I incorporated it to my friday workout. Is that a bad thing? working my shoulders, back, calves, biceps, triceps, and abs all at once? I mean Its Saterday night and boy can i feel the results of the workout. But is missing a day and then incorporating it in the next a good thing or a bad thing?

I don't think that it is too big of a deal in your case at this point because you worked different muscle groups and didn't double any muscle groups up. you may want to ask this again in some of the more specific topic areas.
