Missing calories.

Okay so I went through my nutrition plan and it says that I should eat 1865 calories perday. And I wrote down everything on the lists provided that I have in my house. Oat meal, wheat bread, carrots, tomatoes,and brown rice.
I dont eat meat. I calculated my calories and Im still missing 660 calories. Is that okay? What else should I add to my meal plan? Any tips? Thanx.

so you are a vegetarian?

that will be a problem i think... from your profile, you say you want to lose weight, and the more protein you eat, the more fat you will lose.

where are you fats? dont just cut your fats, you need healthy fats on your diet for a proper nutrition.
