Warm because it mixes better and grape juice because of the sugar and insulin spike.
(by the way I drink hot tea in between my work out!! ;o)
Yes you can mix creatine and glutamine.

Yes but creatine does not dissolve totally in any liquid from what i gathered..1 more thing a guy from GNC told me he just takes a spoon and eats a scoop of powdered creatine straight from the bottle and chases it with water is this a good idea?

I don't know how someone could just eat a scoop of powder without gagging. Just mix it with grape juice or water. Good creatine powder dissolves easily whether you use warm or cold juice/water. Stick with Creapure stamped creatine and you'll be fine...

That is why you want micronized creatine, whatever brand you choose. Think about this, if it doesn't fully dissolve in liquid, what might it be doing in your system? Micronized creatine will mix cleanly and thouroughly, and you can use ice cold water or grape juice or whatever.

Definately mix it in grape juice. The guy at GNC probably never even tried the stuff.

What's even better than straight grape juice is a little protein mixed with dextrose. 47g dextrose and 50g whey has been proven to be just as effective as 100g of dextrose when it comes to increasing creatine uptake in the body. Instead of focusing on micronized creatine, I would focus on Creapure brand creatine, which is the purest and cleanest.
