I drink my protein supplement religiously. I was just wondering if I could possibly mix it with fat free, sugar free frozen yogurt and skim milk. Will this add things that I may not want to intake?

No, this should be fine. Any flavorings to make it taste better are welcome. If you are primarily trying to lose fat, you may want to shy away from the milk. Even though skim milk is good, till you shed the fat you want, it may not be conducive to your goals. Any calorie free/sugar free mix is fine. I like sugar free jello mix..it works great, and there are a million flavors. For instance, for a dreamsicle flavor, do vanilla protein with a tbsp. of vanilla added, and orange sugar free jello with crushed ice.
