Ingredients
1 1/2 C. Flour
1/2 C. Chocolate Protein Powder
1/8 C. Sweet and Low
1/2 Tsp. Baking Soda
1/2 Tsp. Salt
1/2 C. Apple Sauce
1/4 C. Corn Syrup
3 Egg Whites
Mix
Bake at 350 for 5-10 minutes
DO NOT OVER BAKE
