okay, new favorite snack, thanks to the south beach diet..
Laughing Cow brand light creamy swiss cheese (2g fat a wedge), it is soft and makes a great filling for celery sticks!!!! It also is good on wasa crisp, if you are having a little higher cho intake.
Oh, and 1/2 c cottage cheese, topped with 1/2 c light and fit yogurt (you pick the flavor) and a tbsp of walnut pieces. It is a sundea!!!
Here is another from the sobe book that I like when I crave chocolate:
1/2 c lowfat ricotta cheese
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp cocoa powder (the unsweetened kind)
1 packet splenda
mix until smooth and well-blended. MMM dessert!
Hope someone likes these!

Mmmmmmmm, they all sound yummy. I will definitely look for the Laughing Cow though. I love swiss cheese and have missed it.
