Been into gym work etc for some time now, however, university life has taken its toll; lack of nutrients and alcohol has meant that i've lost much of my definition.
Now i have a month and a half to get my physique back before my next shoot. Much of my regime is for bulk and interval training to keep me lean. My diet is good, spinach, protein supplements and carb for gym days.
Is there anything else u guys can recommend, or anything u recommend i dont do?
dont over work out, I did that last week, now im sitting in summer school sick as a dog, and its no fun, i have dreams about running and working out, and get sad cause i cant do it right now... lol
