Hi everyone. I am new here and just trying to introduce myseld to everyone. I am a mom of three. My oldest daughter is 7.5, My second daughter is 5 and my son is 6 months old.

I am currently at 34% Bodyfat. I am only 4 feet 11 inches tall so I am a chunker!! I really need to lose weight and get fit. 3 years ago I was playing tennis tournaments, wearing a size 3 clothes, felt great, had energy, ect and after a horrible pregnancy, preemie birth, I have left myself go.

Well now is the time to get back on track. Tomorrow is DAY 1 for me and I plan on getting as healthy as I can and be in the best shape of MY LIFE!! After all I turn 30 in a couple of months!! :surprised:

Anyways that is a bit about me! I look forward to getting to know everyone and following their transformations!!

Thanks,
Traci

Hi there, I'm a mom too, and finding time to workout, manage a household, and take care of kids is a challenge, to say the least. I look at my workout as "me time" and I try not to let anything take that away from me. Keep me posted as to your progress....maybe we can help each other!

Hey, I'm a mom of 3 as well. They are 8,5, and 3 (well all their bdays are fixing to be here) but you get the point. :) I'm trying my best to get back in shape. I was a size 1 and 3 all my life. I'm young but now I'm in a 12 and 14, weighing anywhere between 155-163. My weight changes drastically all the time. Hopefully we can all help each other and cheer each other on.

I feel your pain. I am married, mother of two children, son 8 daughter 5.5 and I have a home-based business. I am working very hard to maintain 190-pound weight loss. I am currently 200 pounds size 10 and I should be 175 size 8 (I am 5'10"). I got out of my regular routine over the summer and regained some weight. The good news is I am back on track and getting back to my fighting weight.

I have lots of plates spinning right now but my workout time is sacred. I work out no matter what. My workout time is my gift to myself. I have a five-day split routine and I am in and out of the gym in less than 60 minutes. I deserve to be healthy and I will do what ever it takes to preserve my workout time.

When I take good care of myself I am able to serve my family with energy and joy. All the years that I spent putting my family ahead of myself I was miserable. My son told me that he thinks that I am much nicer now. Don’t get me wrong, I love my family with all of my soul but I will no longer neglect my needs in the name of love. Only after I have loved and cared for myself can I truly love my family.
