I am heading home in just a month and a half. I was woundering if i could get some tipps on how to loose a at least 3 or 5 pounds before heading home. Any advise would be helpfull.
6 weeks-5 pounds, very doable. You don't give a lot of info to go on (activity level, diet, etc.) Off the top of my head I would say-cut the junk, cut some calories, eat breakfast, make your meals smaller, drink more water, engage in physical exercise 3-5 times per week (30-45 minutes each time). You can easily drop that much weight in that time frame if you focus and work at it. Good Luck BTW if you want that 6 pack sign up for the ft AB program and straighten out your diet.
