okay so my habits in the last week and half have really picked up positively. so heres the next one, I usually eat 3 big meals and 3 small snacks. on my nutrition track, its 375 of carbs, 150 of protein and 28 of fat, can anyone suggest a good meal break down through out the day? to keep a good energized day as well as keeping me on track in keepin the weight loss going? tanx, :)
Try to feel your body and see when you need the different nutrition..... Personally I just eat carbs in the first two meals of the day (I'm on a diet right now as well) and only veggies or salad the rest of the day. Works for me.
