I "like" evenings better but working out in the morning does help to get your metabolism going for the day! Which ever you do though just keep in mind that it's doing it that counts . . . my philosophy. . . something is ALWAYS better than nothing :dumbbell:

I like doing my weight training between breakfast and lunch. However, I end up doing my cardio sessions around 6pm. I can't spare any more time during the day, and I don't have enough energy in the morning to do satisfying full cardio. I guess the best time is when you have the time. :)

Doesn't matter. What matters is that you do it!
I work out morning AND in the night time....... :)

I"m moody but I have been making myself workout in the mornings - thinking of kicking it up & doing both times

i usually do my cardio in the morning, and my weight training between breakfast and lunch too.

I usually do my cardio in the am.. right after I get up... weights in the evening.. but I'm going to a gym in the morning now... likely do some cardio in the evening at home.... either way, just get it done...

I do best in the evenings. I get off at 4pm, so I'm usually in the gym by 4:30: I've never been good at getting up early anyway!
