I am 23 years old, and just signed up today. I joined the gym about a year ago, but wasn't motivated enough to keep going. Now that I have a steady program, hopefully it will go well. I have lost 30lbs in the past year though. I'm now at 200lbs, and want to lose this belly and the 'baby' fat I still have. Anyone out there in the same situation who wants mutual encouragement?
