How does everybody find the motivation to do a work out cause sometimes even if i dont wanna train, i still do because of the results. i do enjoy working out but someday i just cant be bothered!:(:):angry::love::surprised::cool::laugh::laugh:

I see training as a war - me against gravity. If I add more weight and gravity pulls harder, I must pull or push harder. Every rep is a battle. If I lose a battle, I learn, adapt, and conquer during the next work out.
This may seem a bit dramatic (and maybe even a little psychotic), but it works for me.

If you check in the General Health and Fitness forum on this site there are a couple of stickies at the top that people have written what their motivations are and what keeps them going when it isn't always the easiest thing to do. It is a great read I recommed it. There are some very motivating stories there.

I keep mirrors everywhere. Nothing like a constant reminder.

In addition to the mirrors, the way I feel physically, as well as mentally, when working out regularly is much much better. But definitly, the mirrors, they are a good idea, if you have flaws, they won't let you hide from them...ever.

I post my goals on my desktop of my computer. I set them just out of reach, but seeing them everyday forces me to achieve them.
