Hello everyone, I have changed my way of life to incorporate a new excercise schedule and better eating. I have been doing this since January 2010 and I have lost 32 pounds. I have maintained my weight for the last month but I have not lost anymore. I find it hard sometimes to be motivated but I am going on a cruise in September. You would think that would motivate me but I am just tired all the time. Does anyone have any advice for me?

We usually reach a state of plateau at some point. It only means that our body has adjusted to our new lifestyle. What I can suggest is that you add another workout routine or cut down on your caloric intake.
