Hi all!
I have gained twenty pounds in two years and I desperately want to lose the weight. I am not "HUGE", but I feel that way. I don't eat much and I have no way to get to a gym. I would love to go jogging, but I don't know anyone to go with and my neighborhoood isn't exactly "pleasant". If anybody is willing to give me a kick in the butt to motivate, I would greatly appreciate it!

It sounds silly to some but you have to eat to lose. By not eating much your body kicks into stravation mode and trys holding onto all that extra weight.Eating a clean diet helps alot as does drinking lots of water.
How about the neighborhood next to you or even the one over? Any type of extra movement you do will help you towards losing weight.
