Hi Princessrose!
I am Nicholle and I am nineteen. We have something in common because I am looking for someone to keep me motivated. I work funny hours, but I am on pretty much everyday (just different times of the day). I would be happy to help you if you can help keep me motivated. If you are interested just send a reply and I will keep in touch with you, k? Nicholle |

I'm new here as well. I'm a male age 37 5' 8" tall 240 pounds. Yes, I'm just plain fat and lazy. I recently quit smoking after 25 years of it. Pretty much my only form of activity was that I played softball once a week. Well, I ended up blowing out my knee, and in the process of rehabbing it I realized how out of shape I've let myself become.
So I've joined a gym and came to this site to setup a workout plan. I'd very much like for someone to email me on a regular basis to make sure I keep my butt in gear. My email address is aturner2@houston.rr.com. My biggest drawback at this point is that I have to go easy on my knee. I managed to sprain the ACL and MCL as well as tear some cartilage. The good news is that it won't require surgery.... The bad news is that it's going to take months to get it back in shape. So I figured losing a little weight might help speed up the healing process. :) |

I did Curves, and if you do the 3 days a week, you will see some great results in your first month. After a few months, you might want to look into a gym membership depending on how serious you are about strength training. Watch your diet(lean protien, good carbs) drink lots of water, and get in as much activity as possible. I'm here doing it too!!! Keep up the good work!! |

Curves is a womens only workout center. They are everywhere in the US. They use hydrolic machines and cardio all fit into 30 mins to help women get healthy and more active. In the month I was there I lost 10 1/4 inches. If you stick with it, as with any fitness plan, you are sure to see results!! Hope this helps
