hi its very informative but i as a mother need to be motivated alot i got sooo much slimming down to do not only because i want to go for a beach holiday also health wise but how do i motivate myself to do the excersice and is zumba also exersice? i work from 8am to 5 pm and then i must cook and look after kidss... tell me whats good for me? and how do i get rid of my hips and flatten my stomach completely???
