Welcome to FT, popsail111. Motivation is not always easy as everyone finds it in different ways, but it always has to come from within. Maybe if you keep your chart records, keep a journal, etc. you may find competing with yourself can be motivating. I don't have anyone much interested in exercise, no neighbors, no family members, nothing...natta...so I realized I had to find what worked for me, I knew what I wanted and I am on my way to get it. Set yourself some serious goals, maybe smaller ones that are attainable in a shorter amount of time and reward yourself with something that would contribute to continued exercise. You could always put an ad in a local online community forum for someone to work out with, I have thought about that. Good luck to you!
