Okay, finished the MRI NO2 cycle this afternoon and thought i'd follow it up by posting my results/experience. I followed the diet, the workout, kept it intense, even upped the dosage to 2 x 5 pills and cycled on creatine (still on it), included glutamine and whey.
Results: - I've gained nothing that i couldn't have gotten with just the whey, creatine and glutamine on its own. This product for me was ineffective at best. NO lean "slabs of muscle", NO 16hr perpetual pumps, NO huge increase in strength.....nothing. I will not buy this product again, and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I'm not a hard gainer, and am strict in my routine and diet. Bottom line, this supplement didn't work for me.....it might work for you but for the price there's whey better value (sorry couldn't resist)in other products. NO2 ways about it....it sucks..

My weightlifting partner went through two bottles and never noticed the pumps or any above averge gains also. Good marketing...Bad product
