OK - another newbee question.
For breakfast I have been drinking a MRP,a bowl of Oatmeal and maybe a little OJ. I workout in the morning and eat within an hour of working out. I have seen many posts about drinking that Protein shake right after a workout - is the MRP a sufficient source of protein? It contains 40g Protein.

MRP's are a good source of protein...except they usually contain the type that takes longer for the body to absorb. The "best" type of protein you want to take post-workout is whey.
