I am looking for a MRP for weight loss. Any suggestions. The guy at GNC suggested OPTI-PRO Meal. Has anyone tried it?

First question: WHY are you using a MRP for weight loss? I ask because you may not need a MRP.

Because it is easier for me to drink something at work rather than plan out meals...

Plus product like slimfast do not have the amount of protein I need.

I agree it is easier, but your body needs real food not a shake they are a supplement not a total replacement

I agree with everyone else about food being primary but that doesn't answer his question. Check out some of the supplement web sites to find something that meets your goals (gain/loss/maintain). A lot of us have the same problem with access to food during the day but it's hard to keep you from scarfing down a quick drink or bring it back to your desk. I like Myoplex but not on a constant basis. It's a bit pricey but doesn't digest fast and works for a mid morning meal for me.

OK. Yeah, in your case, a MRP might help. I'd pick a MRP that's low in sugars, especially fructose. Higher in protein. I've never tried Opti-Pro. I hear good things about Labrada though...
