I have been taking an MRP (well half of it, it's kinda nasty) before working out like bb1fit suggested and I have so much more energy! Try it everyone!

My wife would have 1/2 before, and 1/2 immediately following when she was doing her contest training. It worked well for her. Glad to hear it is helping you.

A lot of tests have shown that your pre-workout protein might be more important than post workout for protein synthesis. Keep it up!
