hey i was just curious to know if anybody had anytips on butt lifting and leg strengthing because i have a time limit to tone....i am a model and let just say i'm not very happy with how my legs and butt are looking not that they are ugly and full of celulites or that my but is falling a part but i would just like to have em a little more toned out so please feel free to share the exercises that have worked for you in that area...MESSEGE ME!! OR LEAVE A A COMMENT HERE...THANX:big_smile:
