Ok - I could swear they do....I got GNC Women's Ultra Mega and I felt like when taking them I was more hungry - DUH - that is not what I wanted so I'm not taking the stupid things anymore because I am on a goal to loose 10 pounds (they "taint" helping) Has anyone else had that experience or know of something else to take? I have not been on here for over 18 mnths..miss this site but back at a new year of health, gave up the salt shaker, drinking mor water, hitting the gym doing more cardio! Can't wait to reach my GOAL!:love:

You should always take vitamins, even if you are not working out.
