I have this machine but I really don't know how much/repetitions I should do for my abs and back. I am wanting to loose about 25 lbs but need help from someone to guide me. I would like to work out 5 days out of the week. Thanks you in advance for any help!!!
For starters, don't just use that machine 5 days a week. Two days would be sufficient. Make sure you have a program that encompasses all muscle groups, not just abs and lower back. There are body weight routines that you can get for free off of this site.
Essentially with this set-up, you'd be starting with a couple of sets of probably 15-20 reps depending on your fitness level. Later as you can do many more reps, you'd start incorporating a weight of some kind in order to exhaust you faster.
