im kind of picky whne it comes to multyivitamins.. i was wondering i you had any suggestions.. i need something deffinitely with VERY LITTLE OR NO IRON, i have just gotten back into lifting after a couple years.. of not doing anything and am trying tose fat and gain lean muscle mass so far all im taking is whey.. and CLAhich is supposed to help burn fat, and i cant realy tell if its working or not.. but any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.. thank you!

i recently wnet and looked at that megamn vitamin and it seems pretty good no iron.. so that is great for me.. anyone know anything about these?

Why do you want little to no iron? Iron will be important to proper chemical funtions. I would recommend researching the Apex supplement line. Their deliver system by far is much better then the normal supplements found at any supp store. You actually utilize more of the supplement. Their multi's are awesome. I have recommend them to about 1500 clients and all have seen the benefits for the Apex supplements.

Doesn't Iron aid in absorption?
