Just wanted to post about just how important multivitamins are. I've seen a fair amount of posts on people with no energy, and using energy pills (Hydroxycut, etc.). TAKE A MULTIVITAMIN. I had stopped taking them for a few months during this past semester of school, and I had abosultely NO energy toward the end of the day. Not only are they good for you, but they make you feel so much better and energized. Just thought I'd share that with you. I know so many people want to take something that will give them loads of energy, but you would be suprised just how much of a difference taking one will make.
When taking Hydroxycut, there is a diuretic in it that flushes out the essential vitamins, so taking a strong one-a-day is vital for that and for basic function of the body. Good post Chris789.
