Ok, this is kinda nasty but very curious. I just started taking multivitamins yesterday, and now I have neon pee. Anyone else experienced this? Did I get ripped off on my vitamin?

Don't worry about it. This is quite normal when first you first start taking a multi (due mostly to the B vitamins). Make sure you are drinking enough water (lots and lots), and this should begin to fade over time.

Speakin of multivitamins, most of them say 1 pill a day. Would it do any harm taking 2 a day, lets say 1 in the morning and 1 after a workout.

Not at all, in fact, if you are a hard resistance training athelte, you will always do better to exceed the dose of these. When you are putting your body throught the trauma of daily blitzes, catabolism, your body needs and requires more than the average folk.
If you take individual vitamins, most of these vitamins are water soluble, so you cannot really overdo it anyway. Like B vitamins you need/can use much more of than most multis will supply. B Complex is wonderful for stress.
Vit. A and D can be toxic if taken in large quantities. (D moreso in the summer time with the sunlight. But A all the time. Best to get you A from Beta Carotene sources, as with this your body will just take from the BC the amount of A it needs.
Your fat soluble vitamins it is smart to take with a fat source, in other words at a meal that contains fats. This is a good time to take your Vit. E.
