Multivitamin Timing

I normally take my mutivitamin with a big breakfast in the morning, and about an hour or so later I pee neon. Would it be more beneficial for me to take the mutivitamin at a different time of the day? Breakfast is by far my biggest meal of the day, and I was wondering if it would be better to take the vitamin later in the day when I'm not ingesting so many vitamins from whole foods?

I suggest you keep doing what you are doing. I always take my vitamin pack with my first meal, and then after training, I take 1000mg. Vit.C, 800 I.U. Vit. E, and B-Complex 100.(By the way, this is what gives you the "neon" pee.

Like bb1fit stated, the B vitamins, more specifically Thiamin give you that neon colored pee. And I also take my vitamins the same way bb1 does, these are times when your body needs them the most.

me also i always take my vitamin after i eat my 1st meal...

Yes the multi vitamin pill with my breakfast.
But the iron pill later on since no good to eat cereals with that one (hinder the absorbtion).
The rest of the supps (magnesium, potassium etc) I take on different times during the day.
