I put myself on a strict protien diet, and eat 4-5 small meals throughout the day, with protien shakes and bars in between here and there, but i constantly have the munchies, what little snacks should could i be eating while sticking to my diet??

snacks - hmmmm
I like olives, cheese, turkey lunch meat, peanut butter on celery, cheesecake(not a good one), veggie sticks & pickles

peanuts! Peanut butter. Triscut reduced fat wheat crackers. They're pretty good. Or you can buy some healthy cereal and snack on that. Just my ideas. The peanuts might be a little high in calories but as long as you don't go over your caloric needs it's alright.

Yogurt, raw almonds, raw cashews, walnuts......
