I bought a supplement called Mus-L blast and its says ''combines glutamine peptides, enriched ion exchange whey protein and other peptides for a superior PDCAAS of a score of 1.0+ adn has a multi vitamin and minerals for effcient muscle growth. so i was asking if this is a pre or post workout shake ( which one is best ? and is this drink a good source of preotein?

This is MLO’s product, correct?
Originally, this product, and the concept it was based on, was a great weight gainer/post workout product, but that was many years (and studies!) ago…
With 113g of carbs, with 67 of them being sugar, plus only 21g of protein (albeit WPC), there are MUCH better products out there now. If they updated it somewhat….. okay, a lot… it wouldn’t be too bad of a product.

so this is okay to drink for a post workout right? it wouldnt decrease my muscle or anything form all that sugar? can i mix that with a why protein powder so i can get more proteins??

If yoru a "big body" then you don't need all that suger. But your a lil smaller and a hard gainer, then its cool I think. With all that suger, i'd take it after with water. IF I skipped a meal or somthing, I'd drink a small one before workout(30mins)with milk.

alright thax i wasnt so sure if it was safe to drink now i drink it with water since all of that sugar imma finish this one then get a MUCH better one:dumbbell::big_smile:
