Hi guys...which one is correct
chest+shoulder+triceps
leg+back+biceps

or

chest+shoulder+biceps
leg+back+triceps

Now I am using the first combination. The problem is after I trained chest and shoulder, I can't do the triceps exercise anymore.I am using this combination for almost 4 weeks and I just notice that it didn't work.Someone please tell me what is the right combination.

I trained 4 days/week. 2 days for bodybuilding and 2 days powerlifting.

Actually, either of them will work. You must be spending alot of time in the gym though with that workout. And twice per week hard is probably leaning toward overtraining. Usually intensity starts to fall off somewhere within an hour or so. It is not surprising you are having problems doing all 3. You may consider splitting your workout up to put more intensity into your bodyparts, plus not overtrain. A 4 day split may work well for you. Good luck....

And why not just follow one of FT's great exercise routines?.... Huh?!!!

You have to determinate your goals (and fill in your profile) so we'll be able to answer you better.

I only do two exercises for each body part.
