is it good to keep exercising my muscles every day in order to make gains,or should i give them a day or two to rest.also i go to the gym regularly, and i feel if i miss a day of training my muscles begin to grow weaker, are they really getting weaker or is it simply my imagination?

You are supposed to rest a muscle for 48h after working it out. And like ravenwolf said recovery is everything if your looking to gain.

So if your doing this every day I would make some changes to your plan ASAP. Even if you don't follow your FT program, use it as a guide to make what you want. Just make sure you rest properly.

Also to see gains etc. You need to keep a good clean diet. With out the diet you could be wasting some of what you do in the gym.

Weight training 3-4 times a week is enough to build nice muscles...... It's the quality of the work out who counts and then the nutrition and the rest.
