Im 14 and have been working out occasionaly since 11 years old,Ive been working out contantly since 13, I'm at the gym at my school 4 days a week,and I'm the last one in there getting the extra reps in to get that much stronger but I havent seen any gains I'm 5'10 138. Tell me how I can gain weight and more muscle effectively.

get out of the gym at the same time as the other guys trust me you dont have to pound your muscles to get them to grow. eat more dont forget to do squats and deadlifts your only 14 dont worry bout it to much u started at 11-thats insane word of advise extra reps does not mean extra strength it just means extra recovery time btw dont work the same muscle group every day-u might know that idk

I do squats and deadlift also cleans and auxillaries for lowerbody which I do it every otherday monday wednesday are my upperbody and tuesday and thursday are lower, at 11 I was getting my form down for later years because alot of people say that form is the most important part of your workout to gain more muscle mass. I know you need 48 hours of rest between working out the same muscles, also I am thinking about going on a 5000 calorie diet
