I need some help. I'm 20 years old about 5'11 weigh 163 i've been working out since I was 18 inconsistently but for last couple of months i've been going at it. I'm trying to gain muscle mass about 15-20 lbs. What is the best approach to doing this? HOw long should it take? What supplements should I take? What brands? How much? Any input would be extremely helpful. I'm trying to get ready for summer. Thanks.
