Okay heres my deal.
I'm 19 years old and a sophmore in college. I lifted steadily during the first 3 years of highschool, for football, then after my senior season i stopped. I started lifting again in college, but it was only for maybe 3 days a week. I got serious about weight training again in the summer. I committed to going 5 days a week, I started taking a multi-vitamin and Whey protein. I still lift steadily now, starting my second year of school, and in conjuction with the mulit-vitamin and protein, I started to take TRAC creatine and CLA. Also I started running for a solid 20 minutes at the end of my workouts as well. I've been a flabby kid since I was 13, (the sit at home after school and eat days), while I don't consider myself fat, There's alot of excessive flab, I'm 6'2" and 237lbs, I was 225 when i started to lift seriously and I've put on the 12 pounds over a 3 month span of lifting 5 days a week. I'd really like to get the flab down and get some good muscle mass and tone. Is there anything else I can take with the supplements I've listed above to help me out? Is there anything I should take instead of the supplements to help me out? Any help would be appreciated, thanx in advance.

If you want to loose the weight, you'll have to adjust your diet. You don't really need to take any other supplements to accomplish this. We all know the drill: Eat lean meat, lots of veggies, and stay away from the crap. Easier said than done, especially when you really like the crap.

Chicken breast, turkey, tuna, salmon, lean cuts of beef are the ones with little fat or marbeling. They usually have the fat% on the label. No one ever mentions pork, but there are some really lean packages of pork out there too. I had posted before that I found Farmer John has an extra lean ground pork that had less fat and more protein than ground turkey. It does sound like you are doing everything else right and just need to clean up your diet to get rid of that last bit of fat. Easier said than done.
