I'm 20 years old, 6 foot, 150-155 lbs, fast metabolism, could eat anything and not hardly gain any weight. So my understanding is, I must follow this workout routine to the T, and also eat 3800 calories a day! Shoot man, maybe that won't be too hard (eating)
I haven't lifted weights in about two years, even then wasn't real committed, nor I have I cared at all about my diet, just eat whenever, with at least one big meal per day.
So, could someone tell me what I should eat on any given day to achieve this? Like give me an example of what to eat for all meals in one day w/ one MRS or more.
And is it correct to minimize time spent doing cardio-vascular activities?
