Just testifying to the great taste....I resently bought some bannana cream thats some good stuff....so is blueberry. High in fat but it has MCTs hoping it helps me drop a lil fat as well. tired of my blan 100% on whey's protein. BUt i Still will buy that too and do 1/2 and 1/2. 100% is cheaper and i can buy it in bulk.

Yeah, the fats are mostly comprised of MCT's. Good stuff, great for energy, metabolized much the same way carbs are, so easily and readily available for energy.

I am not normally a fan of the Cookies and Cream flavor of anything, but in this case, the Muscle Milk C&C is awesome! I have to attest to the Bannana nut crunch also.

I recently switched from Next Protiens to Muscle Milk. I must admit that I was a bit sceptical but was willing to give it a try at the advice of a friend who has been working out for years and looks like it. I drink the Chocolate and actually look forward to every shake it taste so good. The real reason I am posting however is to say I feel and look better after only about 4 weeks into the switch. I have been training about a year and look foreward to a good year of gaining lean muscle and reaching my ideal weight. Keep up the great work F.T. I love this site and have learned a lot over the last year.
