Anyone out there take Muscle Milk & what sort of results have you gotten from it?
I've purchased it yet have read the calorie content for ONE serving & it's insane! Should I assume that it's more so geared for putting on mass?

Hello,
I'm taking Muscle Milk now. It is more geared for weight gain. I normally take it only prior to heavy workouts. Basically, it helps you gain lean muscle mass and burn fat. The calories is something like 348 I believe and the fat content is 18g (8g saturated FAT) MCT's. This is not the best product to take IMO if you are trying to lose weight and/or lose a little fat.

i have been taking muscle milk and i love it. i have lost 1 1/2 in on my waist and i feel very lean and entergetic........however if u red the label one serving size is TWO scoops just take one and u only have half the calories. I am now 235-240 and i can bench 250 unassisted for 5 reps all by myself and i can squate 405 for 6 i love it it works for me but i dunno about u though

Thanks for the input guys! :) Think I'll not waste the entire container of it & utilize it for hard core workout days. :)
