If someone will help me out, I'd greatly appreciate it. I have been taking the GNC Creatine Monohyrdate for 4 weeks now and have not seen any gains at all. I drink a gallon of water a day and have cut off my caffeine intake tremendously. I am going to stop taking this product and try something else. Someone at the gym told me to try Muscle Milk. Does anyone know if this is any good? It has creatine already in it. What is it that it does exactly? Should I mix it with another brand of creatine or just take this stuff instead?
thanx people

I agree with mutt. You need to get your diet in order before you start taking supplements such as creatine. If you don't have the building blocks to build muscle, then how is it supposed to be built? Also when you go to the weightroom, you have to be focused 100%, if you arent focused then nothing will happen. Up the intensity to see big time gains. Once all of these are in line, go ahead and try the creatine and it will pump you right up.

Thanks for the response. I'm 21 and have been working out for a couple years now. I weigh about 185 but primarily lean muscle mass. I never have taken any supplements and made a lot of gains just from eating. I eat serveral meals a day including lots of carbs and protein. I work out at least 4 a week and no more than 5 times. I don't follow a strict type of diet at all. I have seen an increase in the intensity of my workouts. I am lifting heavier and more intense. I started taking creatine to gain some bulk primarily to thicken my arms.

Diet is where it's at then. Check out the nutritional program on here. If you're like I was, I had a metabolism through the roof. To put on weight, you need to eat everything. The biggest thing is to make sure you are getting enough protein. Hope you like Tuna and Chicken breast:)
