I just started taking Muscle Milk and it seems to be adding Muscle and allowing my surgically repaired shoulder to recover quicker. However, I'm doing a LOT of cardio and haven't been loosing weight. Now, I know muscle weighs more than fat, but I'm trying to drop the weight I put on POST SURGERY:(. I've gotten a lot stronger which I happy with, but I don't want to BULK up. I want to be lean and strong.:big_smile:
Also, my wife wants to try Muscle Milk. She is looking to gain some muscle and loose weight.
