Is this a good product? Has anyone used it before and how did you like it?

Muscle milk is decent. I would not use it post workout, but good for during the day and even a pre bedtime "meal".

Why is it better for bedtime vs post workout...

I have been using it post workout with good results...

You don't want that much fat postworkout. A lowerfat whey protein will absorb faster and not be as likely to store.
I love muscle milk - all that good fat makes it taste terrific! Especially the mocha joe flavor, that is my preworkout favorite!!
