My goal is to build lean muscle mass and cut by body fat down to maybe 7-8% (I estimate I'm at 10-11% now). I want to take Muscle Milk at a MSRP (1/2 before workout, 1/2 after workout - 3 days a week HEAVY LIFTING DAYS). Is this a good idea? Muscle Milk contains 32g protein and a WHOPPING 18G of fat (8g being saturated fat). I keep hearing so many good things about this product though. Any help is appreciated. Again, I want to gain lean muscle mass and cut body fat (Muscle Milk suppose to promote fat loss).
