Howdy! I'm a new member and I'm looking for a muscle/exercise chart in poster form. Something that shows the muscles on the body with pointers to a list of exercises targeted for each of those muscles. I've found several interactive versions of this online, but I don't want to use the computer each time I exercise.

I've tried several stores, but when I describe what I'm looking for they look at me like I have three heads ;-) This seems like it would be a common thing. Does anyone know where I can find a poster like this?

Also, where is the Search option on the ft website? It sure would come in handy.

Thanks,
Michael

The search option is the button right in the middle of post new topic and previous topic.. and if you don't want to use the computer each time you exercise why not just visit ft once a week.. print out your workout for the whole week.. then you just need to carry that sheet along with you.. you could probably look over your workout for the week at the same time to review how the exercises work in case there are any you haven't done before...

Geez, if it were a snake, it'd have bitten me!

Thanks,

Well after searching for "Muscle Chart" in fitBuddy this thread was the closest to what I was looking for. The origina request is similar to what I am looking for but perhaps easier to find. I just want a chart or set of sheets that show the muscles of the body. I don't need it to show exercises (although it would be a plus) I just want the names of them all. I would prefer something I could print out for free but I will take a link to one you can buy too. Thanks in advance!
