What are they called again? Starts and ends with 's' right? Anyway, I have this protruding chest. I have always look like I had chest muscles because my chestbone and whole rib cages sticks out too far. Anyway, since I lost weight you can really see my ribs. I still have a little girth above the waist and my chest is starting to develop some real muscle, but I can see the first 3 ribs below my pecs. How can I put some muscle on there?

Here in France we call them "les dentelés" and I personally love those muscles. How you work them? They are rather tricky to work since you cannot really work them directly but work your obliques and back and you'll touch them.

I thought chest exercises would touch them. What type of back and oblique exercises do you suggest?

Intercostals.
