Hi Guys,
I need some advice, just this past Monday I broke my ankle at the gym, it was stupid how it happenend(step class), now for 6 to 8 weeks I am very limited in what exercises I can do. Any suggestions?
I need advice for my diet also, since I won't be doing too much lifting or cardio I am not sure how many calories I can have without gaining weight. I am 5'7, about 159 pounds and 27 years old. I was beginning to lose weight and have good definition and I don't want to lose what I have worked hard to get.

You should try the FT nutrition program. Just type in the profile info and it'll get you a good accuarate calorie intake and Carb protein fat ratios. As far as exercises, I don't really know what you can do. Maybe stick to machines where you don't move your ankle much.

Sorry to hear about the ankle. Wish you a good recovery.
If you are mobile enough, stick to sitting upper body exercises. I would not change your diet much. See how it goes the first 7-10 days, then maybe take off some calories. Your nutrition is really important now to help the bone mend. Don't deprive yourself from the protein and good fats, perhaps lower your carb intake sunce you won't be as active. If you cab buy some bands you can do the exercises at home.
